Wedding Planning

  • Review, edit & format of wedding day timeline
  • Create & edit set-up details list, hand off list, rehearsal outline and ceremony outline
  • Emailing of final timeline with contracted vendors
  • Assist with the construction of the ceremony & reception floorplan as necessary
  • Email periodic reminders and a comprehensive to-do list with updates
  • Suggest & recommend vendors

Wedding Vendors

  • Review all vendors contracts & event orders after booking
  • Distribute wedding information & timeline to vendors
  • Present on-site for vendor set-up on wedding day
  • Collect liability insurance from vendors for venue (if applicable)
  • Confirm vendor information relevant to timeline: setup & strike time on wedding day, final payments due, vendor meals, setup requirements & placement
  • Preparation of rehearsal outline
  • Direct wedding rehearsal
  • Organize wedding party
  • Inform all attendants of their duties

Wedding Day

  • Lead Wedding Coordinator
  • Additional assistants as needed depending on guest count
  • Supervise thesetup

    of the ceremony & reception space

  • Serving as the spokesperson/personal assistant throughout the wedding day
  • Serving as the point of contact for all vendors on the wedding day
  • Assist with the setting up of wedding details such as guest book, programs, place cards, menus, favors, etc.
  • Troubleshooting of issues
  • Keeping activities adhered to timeline and making sure things run smoothly
  • Ensuring vendors provide the services as contracted
  • Directing ceremony procession & activities
  • Lining-up wedding party & cueing for reception Grand Entrance
  • Assisting reception emcee in keeping all necessary parties informed of scheduled events
  • Distributing vendor gratuities as instructed
  • Ensuring all wedding gifts & cards are collected by the designated individual(s)
  • Providing use of wedding emergency kit as needed
  • The transfer of personal items after the wedding to the designated individual(s) or vehicle.
